Know what, when, where.
In large block or high-bay warehouses, a lot of time is often wasted searching for the desired material. Conventional warehouse management systems try to solve this problem with material tracking based on barcode scans. However, it is no longer a secret that this in turn costs an unnecessary amount of time and ultimately does not provide the best solution.
With the ABF forklift guidance system, the detection of a material pick up and drop off is recorded automatically without any additional barcode scans – that’s the solution! The existing forklift fleet is equipped with additional RTLS hardware and smart sensors. The system generates route- and time-optimized transport orders for all required transports, which are displayed on the forklift terminal. This enables absolutely efficient processing of all transport requirements in the warehouse. The advantages of a driverless transport system combined with the flexibility and speed of a manned forklift truck – that is the forklift guidance system from OneBase®MFT.

Safety Cockpit
The OneBase®MFT forklift guidance system contributes to greater safety in your warehouse. It provides functions for warning of collisions and speeding. By integrating the RTLS, the current speed, direction and position of the truck can be used to calculate potential collisions.
Speed ranges can be defined in the MFT system. In these defined zones, the current forklift speed is compared with a defined speed limit. If the truck exceeds the limit, the driver is warned visually via the truck guidance system.
