OneBase®MFT package
Every warehouse is different. The same applies to software requirements. OneBase®MFT is flexibly configurable and expandable.
Budget-friendly and incredibly fast to implement.
Standalone or fully integrated?
Through the integration of RTLS and sensor technology, material movements are automatically recorded.
Missing material bookings or incorrectly stored warehouse positions are avoided. Barcode scans are reduced to a minimum.
Seamless integration with ERP or MES replaces paper and unnecessary routes through interfaces.

Find answers to frequently asked questions
What is a WMS or Warehouse Management System?
Which warehouse types and industries is the OneBase®MFT WMS designed for?
From small parts warehouses for automotive components to yard management for multiple steel coil warehouses—OneBase®MFT is at home in any industrial operation.
From manually operated to fully automated warehouses, our WMS is used in block, high-bay, indoor, and outdoor storage facilities and can be adapted to various industries and environments.
How do the "Go", "Boost", and "Connect" expansion stages differ?
Go: Minimal effort, low budget, significant impact. Focus on transparency and a quick entry into digitalization without a traditional IT project. Go-live in 30 days.
Boost: For growing/scaling businesses. Goal: Increase efficiency, optimize processes, and control material flows. Go-live in 2–4 months.
Connect: Fully integrated Industry 4.0 solution without compromise, fully customizable and deeply integrated into systems and plants. Individual project duration.
How do the WMS, Forklift Guidance System, and Crane Guidance System work together in OneBase®MFT?
The WMS acts as the central authority for inventory and orders: it records material movements with position accuracy, generates transport and driving orders (including destination bin determination) based on a rule engine, and transfers these to the transport control systems. Depending on the warehouse, this includes forklifts, AGVs, manual overhead cranes, or automatic cranes.
The Forklift Guidance System and Crane Guidance System execute these orders operationally. Priorities, routes, and means of transport are optimized in the process. RTLS tracking and 3D visualization provide real-time transparency—for perfectly coordinated and efficient processes throughout the entire warehouse.
Machine, vehicle, and sensor data flow in real time between modules via the OneBase®CoRE data hub. This ensures that status, positions, and safety signals are available system-wide for seamless control.
What are the everyday benefits of 3D visualization (Digital Twin)?
All storage locations and inventory can be viewed not only in lists but also in a 3D view. This not only simplifies the search for material but also provides a transparent overview of all transport equipment – allowing inefficient processes to be identified and resolved.
Are barcode scans required – or does it work without them?
Depending on the expansion stage or setup, the OneBase®MFT WMS requires a minimal number of barcode scans—in systems with RTLS tracking, completely scan-free processes are also possible.
