Additional sensors can be integrated on a project-specific basis, for example to determine the weight, rotation or temperature of the load. Process reliability is increased by verifying the additional signals.

Extended sensor technology and existing crane control signals are integrated and merged in a control cabinet equipped by ABF. The crane position and the material movements derived from the signals are transferred to the crane control system for processing in real time.

Interactive user guidance

The transport control system offers seamless integration for cranes. It serves as an interface for controlling the means of transport and can therefore integrate positioning systems and crane sensors. With this technology, material movements are automatically detected, verified and tracked. The feedback from the control system is visualized in real time, either via a tablet on the radio remote control or the crane PC.

Collision warning

The OneBase®MFT collision warning system makes a significant contribution to warehouse safety. To prevent collisions between cranes, ground vehicles and fixed obstacles, the OneBase®MFT crane guidance system warns of potential collisions in time. Extensive data is collected for safety-enhancing evaluations.
