What we expect from you
- Completed technical training (HTL or Uni/FH)
- At least 5 years of experience in project management in a technical environment (production and/or logistics)
- Programming or relational database knowledge
- Extensive knowledge of project management methods and tools
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong ability to translate complex requirements into actionable project plans
- Strong customer orientation and solution orientation as well as an analytical mindset and a careful way of working
Your areas of activity
- You plan and coordinate projects. You also ensure that they are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with requirements.
- You record, document and analyze customer requirements and draw up corresponding specifications (requirements engineering).
- You lead and motivate the project team and ensure good cooperation.
- You prepare regular progress reports and communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- You identify risks and develop strategies to minimize them.
- You will work together with the sales department and assist in the preparation of quotations.
- You support the continuous improvement of our processes and methods.
