You will be responsible for the company’s external image and internal employer branding topics.
You will work on marketing and PR measures together with colleagues from technical departments.

Your areas of activity
- You lead a small in-house marketing team (1 - 2 other colleagues in addition to yourself)
- You maintain an overview of all past, current and planned marketing measures and are responsible for the company's public image
- You plan new marketing measures and also ensure that they are implemented on time and within budget
- You communicate with all affected internal and external stakeholders
- You plan, organize and supervise events (internal and external) and other marketing measures
- You are responsible for reporting the relevant activities
What we expect from you
- Completed training and at least 5 years of professional experience in marketing / PR with management responsibility
- Experience in managing marketing projects such as trade fair appearances or campaigns
- Knowledge of the industrial and technical environment
- Very good IT skills (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, MS Office package)
- Excellent text and language skills in German and English
- Structured way of working and clear communication - both with team members and external stakeholders such as customers or suppliers
- Creative and solution-oriented personality
