What we expect from you
- Completed training (HTL) in electrical and automation engineering, computer engineering, mechatronics or similar.
- Creativity and pleasure in implementing complex project requirements
- Willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and independent working style
- Willingness to take on other tasks in the automation environment
- Knowledge of safety-oriented PLC software development
- Experience or willingness to learn in the areas of bus systems, sensor technology, positioning systems and drive technology
- Knowledge of EPLAN P8 an advantage
Your areas of activity
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining PLC programs and visualizations (Simatic Step 7/TIA Portal) for a wide variety of systems.
- You take part in commissioning at our customers' sites and are responsible for optimizing the systems on site. (approx. 20%)
- You provide training and project support and create documentation.
- On a case-by-case basis, you will also be responsible for creating circuit diagrams in EPLAN.
