Project:System platform and restructuring of the technological models for LD steel plant

In cooperation with the technology department oft he customer and an R&D partner from the university a sophisticated system platform for an easy on-line integration of state-of-the-art  metallurgical know-how into existing technological models was developed. The following models have been restructured:

• Melt preparation
• Charge material calculation  
• Alloy and thermal models
• Specific models for process control of oxygen flow, level control, etc.
