• production targets are determined out of master and order data from ERP and work preparation is carried out via ERP
• actual data from production is reported in real-time to the ERP for controlling and post calculation purposes
• ERP data contains all information for transport logistic and/or storages are controlled by ERP
• sales and customer care are supported by real-time production reports
• plant Maintenance is done via ERP and supported by actual data from production
